We offer a full courier service via DPD.

Colour palettes and sample pots are delivered via Royal Mail.

What are your last order dates for Christmas?

Last day for delivery before Christmas – order by 2pm Friday 21st December.

Normal service resumes 2nd January, but if anything is urgent, please do call us on 07710 135591. We’re happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international delivery is available. Please call us on 01362 684125 to request an international shipping quotation.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Our standard UK delivery time is the next working day. If you require a more urgent delivery than this, please call us on 01362 684125.

How do I place an order?

You can order at Simply select your desired paint colour, choose the finish you require, choose the size of tin you require, select the quantity you require and add to cart.

Enter your address and contact details, make your payment and complete your order.

How can I cancel or change my order?

All Fenwick & Tilbrook paint is made to order, so we are unable to accept any product changes once you have placed your order. We can accept changes to a delivery address, but this request must be made asap via telephone.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can simply check out as a guest.

How do I track my order?

All orders are fully trackable via the DPD website. DPD will send you an email or SMS when your order has been processed and shipped.

Can I return a product?

As all our paint is made to order we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
