IJI Rectory Lane
Rectory Lane is a colour IJI created for a large Victorian home project when the design studio couldn’t find the perfect warm, neutral pink. Inspired by the soft warmth of setting plaster from the site progress photos and the gentle blush of traditional Suffolk Pink cottages, the team developed a refined, earthy blush that sits beautifully between pink and beige.
With quiet elegance and subtle depth, Rectory Lane, which name derives from the project, brings warmth, sophistication, and a sense of heritage to any space, making it timeless yet inviting for modern interiors.

A water-based eggshell with a soft sheen, formulated to be tough, and water-resistant with extraordinary pigment strength.
This hardwearing paint finish designed for use on woodwork, including kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and primed metalwork. Like all Fenwick & Tilbrook paints, it has extraordinary pigment strength, which, combined with its soft sheen, gives it the appearance of a matt lacquered finish. The exceptional chroma, or colour intensity, gives the impression of radiating colour, giving a wide range of tones under all kinds of lighting conditions.
